Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment and order verification.
Custom, personalized, resized, special-order, or temporarily out-of-stock items may require additional processing time.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
If an item requires an extended processing period, we will make every effort to provide that information on the product page or communicate it to you after purchase.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Tracking

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the exterior packaging before opening it whenever possible.
If the jewelry inside is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging.
