At Leone D’Oro Fine Jewelry, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment, and we take pride in providing fine jewelry of exceptional quality.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, security, and customization reasons, the following items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom-made or special-order jewelry
- Personalized or engraved items
- Resized or altered jewelry
- Earrings that have been worn or removed from their protective packaging
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, please contact Leone D’Oro Fine Jewelry to request return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Leone D’Oro Fine Jewelry is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned jewelry is inspected upon receipt.
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Leone D’Oro Fine Jewelry.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, style, or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility requirements that apply to returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow our standard return procedure.
Custom, personalized, resized, or special-order jewelry cannot be cancelled once production or modification has begun.
Fraud & Return Abuse
Leone D’Oro Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, substitution, misuse, or suspected fraudulent activity.
